Managing Partner
Lucien Etzlinger is a highly experienced consultant in customer relationship management with more than 15 years of experience. He held an Executive function in an international consulting firm as a member of the Swiss Executive Board of Logica and has worked in multiple industries, holding various positions such as Founder, CEO, CTO or external consultant.
Mike STUBBS-EGGINTON
Managing Partner
Mike has a strong, practical understanding across a range of business areas, including sales, marketing, finance and human resources and combines this business experience with an insightful knowledge of both the technologies and processes required for successful Client Relationship Management (CRM) and B2B social media management. As a technology “early adopter” he has been using and working with salesforce.com® CRM since 2001, and has been a Certified Salesforce Consultant since 2015. He has completed salesforce projects in financial services, fintech, medtech and higher education. He has developed and launched a wealth management industry solution on the salesforce.com Appexchange®
As well as his salesforce.com project expertise in Europe, he is currently spearheading, with a business partner, the development and growth of a clinical trial patient recruitment platform in the United States, built on the salesforce.com platform and community clouds.
His early career included a spell in the British military. He has lived and worked in Australia, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and the U.K, and as such has a truly international perspective. He lives in Annecy, France and holds dual British / French nationality.
